Any content that sexualises, exploits, or endangers minors. Will be reported immediately to law enforcement (e.g. NCMEC, AFP).
Content promoting, instructing, or facilitating the manufacture, sale, or use of illegal drugs or controlled substances.
Graphic violence, gore, terrorism promotion, extremist ideologies, or content inciting acts of mass violence.
Content promoting hatred or discrimination based on race, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or other protected characteristics.
Content infringing third-party copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights without authorisation.
Doxxing, non-consensual intimate imagery ("revenge porn"), or unauthorised disclosure of personal information.
Synthetic or AI-generated media designed to deceive, defame, or cause harm to identifiable individuals.
Content that deliberately spreads false medical, scientific, electoral, or other high-risk misinformation.
Any content that violates applicable local, national, or international law, including content facilitating fraud or phishing.
Storage, Visibility & Access to Uploads
All content you upload is technically accessible to anyone who obtains the direct URL. Treat every upload as potentially publicly accessible.
Our Role, Moderation & Limitation of Liability
Platform Role
Your Company Name provides tools that enable users to upload and generate video content. We do not pre-screen or endorse user-uploaded content prior to processing. We act as a passive conduit for user-generated content.
Disclaimer of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we expressly disclaim all liability for:
- Any content uploaded by users, including content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive;
- Discovery or access by third parties of uploaded content via direct URL or any other means;
- Loss, harm, or legal liability arising from content uploaded in breach of this Policy;
- Content that violates third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Your Company Name and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service or your uploaded content.
Reactive Moderation
We reserve the right, but are under no obligation, to review, moderate, remove, or disable access to any content we are made aware of that violates this Policy or applicable law — whether on our own initiative or following a report.
Cooperation with Authorities
Where we become aware of content constituting a serious criminal offence — particularly content involving the sexual exploitation of minors — we will cooperate fully with law enforcement and report such content as required by applicable law.
Reporting Violations
If you encounter content on our platform that you believe violates this Policy or applicable law, please report it to us immediately. We aim to review all reports within 5 business days and will take appropriate action where a violation is determined.

We are not obligated to provide a refund of any fees paid in the event of account suspension or termination for Policy violations.
